Rubber rice polishers are mainly used in modern rice mills for polishing rice. These polishers are required in large quantities in modern rice mill plants. Rice polishers have become a significant part of modern rice mill industries for de-husking of paddy.

Raw materials required for manufacture of rubber rice polishers.

Rubber rice polishers are made from a blend of natural rubber, peptiser, antioxidant, rosin, activator, stearic acid, accelerator, sulphur, titanium dioxide, HBS, process oil, silica powder, TMTM and china clay.

Manufacturing process of rice rubber polishers.

The rubber is compounded with different chemicals and reinforcing fillers in the mixing mill. Once mixing is done the material is produced in sheet form which is further sent to a cutting machine to be made into different sizes. These sheets of different sizes are placed in a mould and pressed in hydraulic press. The elastic vulcanized rubber which is used in this product gives it high resistance power to perform in most intensive situations. . Different grades are available to meet the requirement of different processing types and paddy types in different areas. The product is designed and manufactured to deliver highest output with lowest broken rate of grains and optimization of cost to output ratio.

Rice polishers are available in different types depending on requirements or usage; raw rice, boiled paddy, with male grooves and without male grooves.

A modern rice mill concept have significantly changed in recovering by product such as rice bran and has helped to be economically independent and increase their productivity by 5%.
