Job Responsibilities:


• Responsible to develop Humancapital Business in the assigned Area (generally one district) fully as per plan.

• Responsible to identify and acquire corporate Clients, Institutional Clients, Govt Clients, NGO Clients, Individual clients for Humancapital Products and Services to generate revenues.
• Responsible to Identify and appoint Partners in every City, Town, Village in the District to open Branches for

HumanCapital as Branch Manager cum Franchisee Partners.

• Responsible to Identify and appoint consultants, trainers, recruiters in every City, Town, Village in the District to work for HumanCapital as freelancers/associates/contractors.
• Responsible to Identify and appoint Sales Executives on Commission in every village, town and city in the district.

• Responsible to facilitate communication and coordination between HumanCapital, Branches, Partners, consultants, agents and clients.

• Responsible to generate Leads and convert them to realized sales

• Responsible to Respond to and follow up sales enquiries by post, telephone, and personal visits.

• Responsible to Maintain and develop existing and new customers

• Responsible for sales to visit companies, colleges, offices, stores, shops, even houses of important people

( presidents, panchayat members) and make presentation about Humancapital Products and Services

• Responsible for Institutional Sales to visit Institutes in the Area and setup Institutional Desks

• Responsible for Event Sales : conduct Humancapital Job Mela/Job Fair/ Conferences at district level

• Responsible to Monitor the clients Satisfaction, customer support and service delivery from Branches

• Responsible to Monitor the revenues from each client and improve the transaction volume from each client

• Responsible to Maintain very good customer relationship management

• Responsible to Formulate an overall business development strategy in conjunction with company directors

• Responsible to Monitor and report on activities and provide relevant management information, maintain lead records, sales records, reports on provided software and system.
• Responsible to carry out market research, competitor and customer surveys.

• Responsible to attend meetings with other company functions necessary to perform duties

• Responsible to build HumanCapital Brand as number one in HR Market

• Responsible to contribute to strong HumanCapital Organization Business and organizational development.


Skills and Specifications required:


Education Required: BBA/MBA preferred, but any graduate BCOM/BA/BSC with experience in direct sales, products and services marketing will be considered. Prior exposure to HR, Marketing, Sales, and Training, tuitions, Franchisee Development, Channel Development (Dealers/distributors/retailers) will be considered as advantage.

Work Experience – 3 years and above, (MBA fresher will be considered for executive roles on commission)
